Projected Planned development, construction and sell out :

Since real estate values are very cyclical, we intend to rapidly grade, develop, and sell the 25 homes within this cycle.. Each lot’s shape, terrain and size are different (ranging from about 11,000 to 33,000 SF), and each house’s size will range from 4,000 to 6,000 SF.

Though the main return on our investment is in the building and sale of the houses, since each custom built house will have its unique plans and details it would be impractical to build more than 4 houses simultaneously, so not to miss the cycle, we plan to sell some of the improved lots to other luxury custom home builders or individuals. This will also mean that the impact on the neighborhood of construction will be contained to the shortest possible period of time.
